Afrocommerce (W.A) Limited was incorporated on the 22nd September of 1964 under the Companies Act (Cap 37) as a limited liability company.

The share capital of the organisation presently stands at 180million ordinary shares of 50k each, held amongst various Nigerians, some foreign corporate bodies and individuals, and member of staff.

The business of the organisation is directed from its head office situated at 16 Commercial Road, Apapa, Lagos with branch offices spread across the federation.

The main product lines of the organisation are in the industrial sector and consist mainly of sales and servicing of Forklift Trucks, Perkins generators, Distribution and Power transformers, Construction Equipment, Machine tools and various other technical tools and utilities.

The prime objective of the organisation is to be a major player in the Service and maintenance sector, Power sector  (both generation and distribution) coupled with Its already established position to develop further the Materials Handling Sector to boost its customer base.
